硬质合金刀具加工参数模型优化方法研究

摘要 针对硬质合金刀具开发过程中的切削性能评价,通过理论与实验分析,以硬质合金刀具对铸铁车削加工为例,进行切削性能分析和工艺试验,采用均匀试验设计方法、多元回归法建立数学模型,通过对切削力、振动、表面质量的分析,优化刀具的切削参数,并对回归方程进行显著性检验.研究结果可以为刀片切削参数选择提供依据,为合理评价刀具使用性能提供有效方法. In view of the evaluation of cutting performance in the process of developing cemented carbide tool,through the analysis and study of theory and experiment,taking the cemented carbide tool for the cast iron turning machine as the example,the cutting efficiency analysis and process experiment was carried out.Average experiment design method and multiple regression method was used to construct the mathematical model. Through the analysis of the cutting force,vibration and surface quality,the cutting parameter was optimized,and the regression equation was testified,which providing reliable evidence to choose the cutting parameter,and effective method to assess the tool’s cutting performance.
