摘要
分析了废EP/PVC复合材料的接枝改性机理,向废环氧树脂(EP)粉末中加入碳纳米管(CNTS)并进行超声波振荡处理后与PVC混合制备复合材料。复合材料经模压成型后,研究其力学性能特征,并通过扫描电子显微镜对其断面进行观察分析。结果表明:当CNTS添加比例为0.2%时复合材料的力学性能最佳,此时的弯曲强度为94.37 MPa,拉伸强度为43.0 MPa,冲击强度为13.875 k J/m2,较未添加CNTS时分别提高了30%、17.49%和4.13%。而废EP/CNTS混合材料的最佳超声处理时间为0.5 h。
The graft modification mechanism of waste EP / PVC composite was analyzed. Waste epoxy powder mixed with CNTS( carbon nanotube) was subjected to ultrasonic oscillation. Thereafter,the composite material was fabricated with PVC. After the press molding process,variation in the mechanical properties of the composite material was investigated,and its cross section was observed using a scanning electron microscope. Results showed that the composite material achieved optimal performance when its ratio in the presence of CNTS was 0. 2%and the bending strength,tensile strength,and impact strength were 94. 37 MPa,43. 0 MPa,and 13. 875 k J / m^2,respectively,as compared to that without CNTS where the values increased by 30%,17. 49%,and 4. 13%,respectively. In addition,we found that the optimum treatment time for ultrasonic oscillation was 0. 5 h.
