腹膜前间隙无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术治疗无张力腹股沟斜疝的效果观察

Effect observation of preperitoneal space tension-free indirect inguinal hernia repair surgery in the treatment of tension-free indirect inguinal hernia

目的 探讨腹膜前间隙无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术治疗无张力腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法 选取2012年1月~2014年10月本院的78例无张力腹股沟斜疝患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各39例。对照组采用疝环充填式无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术治疗,研究组采用腹膜前间隙无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术进行治疗。比较两组的并发症发生率、术后疼痛缓解时间、视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）、复发率。结果 研究组的并发症发生率为17.9%,显著低于对照组的41.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的疼痛缓解时间显著短于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组的复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 腹膜前间隙无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术治疗无张力腹股沟斜疝效果显著,患者疼痛轻,并发症少,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of preperitoneal space tension-free indirect inguinal hernia repair surgery in the treatment of tension-free indirect inguinal hernia. Methods 78 cases of tension-free indirect inguinal hernia fron January 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hernia ring filling tension-free indirect inguinal hernia repair surgery.The research group was treated with preperitoneal space tension-free indirect inguinal hernia repair surgery.The incidence rate of complication,postoperative pain relief time,VAS score,relapse rate of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of complication in the research group was 17.9%,which was lower than 41.0% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The postoperative pain relief time in the research group was shorter than that in the control group,the VAS score in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The relapse rate in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （/9〈0.05）. Corldusion The effect of preperitoneal space tension-free indirect inguinal hernia repair surgery in the treatment of tension-free indirect inguinal hernia is significant,the pain of patients is light, the complication is little,the relapse rate is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
