复方α-酮酸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果观察

Effect observation of compound α-ketoacid combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal failure

目的 探讨复方α-酮酸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果。方法 选取2011年2月~2015年1月在本院治疗的80例慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,各20例。4组均给予基础治疗。A组给予复方α-酮酸及羟苯磺酸钙治疗,B组给予复方α-酮酸治疗,C组给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较4组治疗前后的血压、血肌酐（Cr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血浆白蛋白（ALB）、血钙、血磷及甲状旁腺激素（PTH）水平。结果 A组及B组治疗后的血压水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。4组治疗后的血Cr及BUN水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A、B、C组治疗后的血Cr及BUN水平显著低于D组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组治疗后的血Cr及BUN水平显著低于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组和B组治疗后的血ALB及血钙水平显著高于治疗前,血磷及PTH水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方α-酮酸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾功能不全效果显著,可以保护肾功能、降压、改善患者的钙磷代谢及营养状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound α-ketoacid combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from February 2011 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,20 patients in each group. Basic treatment was given to all patients in the four groups.Group A was treated with compound α-ketoacid and calci- um dobesilate,group B was given compound α-ketoacid,group C was given calcium dobesilate.The level of blood pres- sure,serum creatinine （Cr）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,plasma albumin （ALB）,calcium,phosphorus and parathyroid hor- mone （PTH） before and after treatment in the four groups was compared respectively. Results The level of blood pres- sure after treatment in group A and group B was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The level of Cr and BUN after treatment in the four groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）.The level of Cr and BUN after treatment in group A,group B and group C was lower than that in group D, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of serum Cr and BUN after treatment in group A was lower than that in group B and group C,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of ALB and serum calcium after treatment in group A and group B was higher than that before treatment,the level of serum phosphate and PTH after treatment in group A and group B was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of compound α-ketoacid combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal failure is significant,which can protect renal function,reduce blood pressure,and improve the calcium-phosphorus metabolism and nutrition condition of pa- tients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
