玻璃酸钠注射结合股内侧肌电刺激治疗髌骨软化症的效果观察

Effect observation of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with medial vastus muscle electrical stimulation treating chondromalacia patellae

目的 探讨玻璃酸钠注射结合股内侧肌电刺激治疗髌骨软化症的效果。方法 回顾性分析2011年10月~2014年6月在我科治疗的102例髌骨软化症患者,随机分成A、B、C组,A组采用膝关节注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,B组采用股内侧肌电刺激治疗,C组采用膝关节注射玻璃酸钠注射液联合股内侧肌电刺激治疗,随访12个月,评价3种方法的治疗效果。结果 C组的优良率高于A、B组（P〈0.05）,B组的优良率高于A组（P〈0.05）。结论玻璃酸钠膝关节注射结合股内侧肌电刺激治疗治疗髌骨软化症的效果优于单独采用玻璃酸钠或股内侧肌电刺激。

Objective To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with medial vastus muscle elec- trical stimulation treating ehondromalacia patellae. Methods 102 patients with chondromalacia patellae treated by our hospital from October 2011 to June 2014 of were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into group A,B and C.Group A was treated by sodium hyaluronate injection injected in knee joint,group B was treated with medial vastus muscle electrical stimulation,while group C was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection injected in knee joint combined with medial vastus muscle electrical stimulation.Mter patients were followedTup for 12 months,the treatment effect of three methods was evaluated respectively. Results The excellent and good rate in group C was higher than that of group A and B respectively （P〈0.05）,and the excellent and good rate in group B was higher than that of group A （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of sodium hyaluronate injected in knee joint combined with medial vastus muscle electri- cal stimulation is better than only using sodium hyaluronate or medial vastus muscle electrical stimulation.
