湿润烧伤膏联合高频电波刀治疗急性子宫颈炎的效果分析

Curative effect analysis of moist burn cream combined with LEEP knife treating acute cervicitis

目的 观察湿润烧伤膏联合高频电波刀（LEEP刀）治疗急性子宫颈炎的近期效果。方法 选择2012年4月~2014年8月于我院就诊的103例急性子宫颈炎患者,随机分成试验组52例,对照组51例。对照组单纯用LEEP刀治疗,试验组在对照组基础上,联合使用湿润烧伤膏,观察术后两组患者的阴道出血、阴道排液持续时间,临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组和对照组的总有效率均为100.00%,但试验组的痊愈率86.54%,明显高于对照组的54.90%（χ^2=12.4837,P〈0.05）,术后阴道持续出血持续时间[（9.51±4.17）d]和阴道持续排液时间[（10.23±5.11）d]明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论 湿润烧伤膏联合LEEP刀治疗急性子宫颈炎,可明显缩短术后阴道出血和排液时间,促进创面愈合,且用药安全性高,具有较好的临床实用价值。

Objective To observe the short-term effect of moist burn cream combined with LEEP knife treating acute cervicitis. Methods 103 patients with acute cervicitis treated by our hospital from April 2012 to August 2014 were se- lected,and they were randomly divided into experimental group （n=52） and control group （n=51）.Control group was giv- en the LEEP knife treatment,while experimental group was given moist burn cream on the basis of control group.Dura- tion time of vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge after operation,clinical curative effect and incidence of adverse re- action in two groups was observed respectively. Results The total effective rate of experimental group and control group were all 100.00%.The cure rate of experimental group （86.54%） was significantly higher than that of control group （54.90%） （x^2= 12.4837,P〈0.05）,and duration time of vaginal bleeding [（9.51 ±4.17） d]and vaginal discharge [（ 10.23 ±5.11） d] after operation was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction during treatment in two groups. Conclusion Moist burn cream com- bined with LEEP knife treating acute cervicitis can obviously shorten the postoperative vaginal bleeding and discharge time,and promote wound healing with high safety in administration.It has a better clinical practical value.
