全程护理干预在下肢丹毒患者中的应用效果

Application effect of whole course nursing intervention on patients with erysipelas of lower limbs

目的 观察下肢丹毒患者全程护理干预的应用效果。方法 选取本院2012年5月~2014年10月收治的下肢丹毒患者共70例,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组35例患者采用常规基础护理,观察组35例患者采用全程的护理干预,比较两组患者护理满意度、并发症的发生率及护理依从性。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在下肢丹毒治疗过程中进行全程护理干预,可提高患者的依从性,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of whole course nursing intervention in patients with lower limbs erysipelas. Methods 70 patients with eryaipelas of lower limbs were treated in our hospital from May 2012 to October 2014 were selected,randomly divided into the two groups.35 patiens received routine care were selected as the control group,while 35 patients received whole course nursing intervention were selected as the observation group.Nursing sat- isfaction degree,the incidence rate of complication,nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Nurs- ing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher thar~ that of control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complication of the observation group was lower than that of control group,with significant differ- ence（P〈0.05）.Nursing compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the course of treatment of lower lihib erysipelas,whole course nursing inter- vention can significantly improve patient compliance,reduce the incidence of complication,it is worthy of clinical pro- motion and application.
