抗炎因子白细胞介素-37与心血管疾病相关研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 白细胞介素-37(IL-37)也称IL-1F7。近年有很多关于IL-37的新发现,主要集中在其对免疫的调节作用和作用机制。IL-37一方面可抑制树突状细胞、TOLL样受体的作用,另一方面IL-37抑制炎症反应信号级联放大通路及重要炎症介质IL-18的作用,缓解炎症因子的释放,调节免疫效应。总而言之,发现IL-37的生物学作用研究结论较一致,但目前国内外对IL-37与心血管疾病的相关研究较少,缺乏动物实验报道,且现有的研究结果尚存重大分歧。本文对近年来新发现的抗炎因子白细胞介素-37(IL-37)的生物学功能和其与心血管疾病的相关研究进行的综述。
