小切口和传统切除术对甲状腺瘤的治疗作用对照分析

Comparative Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Small Incision and Traditional Resection in the Treatment of Thyroid Tumors

目的:比较小切口与传统切除术在治疗甲状腺瘤中的临床疗效,分析小切口切除术的临床应用价值。方法:将本院2013年1月-2015年1月期间收治的60例甲状腺瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用小切口切除术,对照组采用传统切除术,比较两组患者的治疗结局。结果:观察组患者手术切口长度(4.05±0.73)cm明显短于对照组的(6.79±0.29)cm,术中出血量(38.03±2.87)m L明显少于对照组的(66.79±2.74)m L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床治疗总有效率93.3%明显高于对照组的70.0%,且术后并发症发生率6.7%明显低于对照组的26.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的甲状腺切除术相比,小切口切除术具有操作简单、术中创伤小、临床效果确切、安全系数高以及切口美观等优点,值得临床借鉴使用。

Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of small incision and traditional resection in the treatment of thyroid tumors,and analyze the value of clinical application of small incision resection.Method：Sixty patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with small incision resection,and the control group was treated with traditional resection,and the treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result：The incision length of the observation group was（4.05±0.73）cm,which was significantly shorter than（6.79±0.29）cm of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was（38.03±2.87）m L,which was significantly less than（66.79±2.74）m L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group,and the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 6.7%,which was significantly lower than 26.7% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with traditional thyroidectomy,small incision resection has the advantages of simple operation,small intraoperative trauma,exact clinical curative effect,high safety coefficient and beautiful incision and other advantages,it is worthy of clinical use.
