脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的康复护理进展

Rehabilitation Nursing of Neurogenic Bladder after Spinal Cord Injury

脊髓损伤后常导致神经功能障碍,引起膀胱的储存和排尿功能障碍,通过对膀胱功能障碍的患者进行膀胱功能训练,利于帮助建立膀胱自主排尿功能,提高患者的生活质量,降低死亡率。本文对近年来脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者的康复护理进行阐述,为临床工作者提供依据,阐述了神经源性膀胱的康复护理及膀胱功能训练的方法,包括留置尿管期间的膀胱训练、间隙导尿、手法功能训练、盆底肌肉锻炼和手法训练、物理疗法训练等。

Spinal cord injury often leads to neurological dysfunction, causing bladder storage and dysfunction.Through the bladder dysfunction of patients with bladder function training,which can help to establish the bladder function,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the mortality rate.In the paper,the rehabilitation nursing of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury in recent years is described.To provide the basis for clinical workers,the rehabilitation nursing of neurogenic bladder and the methods of bladder function training are expounded,including the period of indwelling catheter bladder training,clearance of urethral catheterization,technique function training,pelvic floor muscle training and skill training,physical therapy training.
