摘要
某矿开采石炭系5#层,煤层厚度大、顶底板坚硬等特点,在采用综放开采的过程中普遍存在采场压力大,矿压显现剧烈,煤巷维护困难等突出问题。为探明该矿回采巷道变形破坏的根本原因,通过对采动煤巷围岩应力状态进行现场检测,根据检测结果分析了坚硬复杂顶板条件下煤巷围岩变形破裂演化规律,通过FLAC3D数值模拟验证了巷道支护效果,为巷道支护提供了理论依据。
The carboniferous 5 # floor had the characteristics of thick coal seam and hard roof and floor in a certain mine, which was commonly existed such outstanding problems, for instance,the big stope pressure, intensely mine pressure appear, difficulties of coal roadway maintenance and so forth in the process of full-mechanized caving mining. In order to probe the root cause of deformation and damage of the mine roadway, by means of the detection of surrounding rock stress state, the deformation evolution law of roadway are analyzed based on the test results, under the condition of strong complex roof, roadway support effect is verified by FLAC3D numerical simulation, providing a theoretical basis for roadway support.
