摘要
悬浮式单体液压支柱具有抗偏载能力强、工作行程大、支撑高度高、机械强度大、安全可靠性高等优点,近年来被广泛应用。本文重点分析了影响支柱装配合格率的因素,细致分析产生原因,制定了解决方案,从而提高了悬浮式单体液压支柱的装配合格率。
The suspension type single hydraulic prop has the advantages of strong anti deflection load capacity, large working stroke, high support height, high mechanical strength, high safety and reliability, and has been widely used in recent years. This paper focuses on the analysis of factors that influence the pass rate of the pillar assembly, and detailed analysis of the causes, the development of the solution, thus improving the suspension type monomer hydraulic pillar assembly qualified rate.
