摘要
综合交通规划是城市规划的重要组成部分，起到指导下层次交通规划编制作用，但因其编制周期长，期间部分重要交通优化调整内容未涵盖，指导作用被限制。文章主要介绍了重庆主城区综合交通规划动态维护机制的建立，通过动态维护综合交通规划成果，确保综合交通规划在城市发展和交通建设的重大决策制定中发挥总体统筹、宏观指导的作用及综合交通体系在各个层面规划编制中能够延续及落实，为综合交通规划动态维护方法提供经验借鉴。
As an important part of urban planning, comprehensive transportation planning plays a guiding role in the establishment of next level planning. However, because of the long- period preparation cycle, it can hardly cover all the traffic optimization projects, which limits its guidance function. This paper introduces the establishment of dynamic maintenance mechanism of comprehensive transportation planning in the main urban region of Chongqing. Depending on this system, it is insured that comprehensive transportation planning can play an overall and macro guidance role, also can be continued and implemented by different levels of planning. It is hoped that this paper can provide some experience in dynamic maintenance of comprehensive transportation planning.
