航海职业教育学报投稿系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the On-Line Contribution System of Maritime Vocation Education Journal

使用在线投稿方式改变《航海职业教育》传统的投稿方式,提高了工作效率,减轻了编辑、审稿专家、投稿人工作负担。投稿系统主要分为从网络投稿系统着手,对江苏海事职业技术学院高等职业教育研究所校刊编辑部的现有业务流程进行分析,基于Web技术,采用Java EE开发技术,借助My SQL数据库,开发基于MVC模式实现稿件在线投稿系统,完成了在线投稿、审稿、排版等功能。

The use of online submission method to change the traditional way of contribution to the maritime vocational education, improve the work efficiency, reduce the editing, reviewers, and the burden of the work. Submission system mainly divided into from the network contribution system to begin, study of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and technical college the school magazine, editorial department of existing business process analysis, based on Web technology, the Java EE technology, by virtue of MySQL database development based on MVC model to achieve the online manuscript submission system, the completion of the online submission, review, publishing and other functions.
