助磨剂对微细粒贫赤铁矿磨矿作用机理研究

摘要 为了提高磨矿效率,减少过磨,对鞍山式微细粒赤铁矿进行了磨矿制度及助磨机理研究。结果表明:ZJ-02是一种良好的鞍山式赤铁矿石助磨剂。通过对浮选试验研究分析,添加适量的助磨剂时不会对浮选产生影响。通过对矿浆黏度、矿浆电动电位及矿物表面吸附特性的分析表明:添加助磨剂能够提高微细粒赤铁矿的磨矿效率。 In order to improve the grinding efficiency and reduce overmilling, the mechanism of action of grinding aid agent during grinding operation of micro fine particle of lean hematite ore was studied. The results indicate that ZJ-02 is a kind of good grinding aid agent for Anshan hematite stone. Analyzing the flotation results has proved that adding appropriate amount of grinding aid agent will not have any influence on the flotation. The analysis results of the pulp viscosity, the electric potential and the mineral surface adsorption characteristics show that, adding grinding aid agent can improve the grinding efficiency of fine particle hematite.
