摘要
为明确远程教育学习者对学习支持服务的满意度现状,根据满意度量表,运用SPSS19.0统计软件对问卷数据进行分析,发掘其影响因素。研究显示不同年龄、学历和专业的学生对满意度有显著差异,根据远程教育学校在管理和服务等方面存在的问题,提出了远程教育机构要"以学生为中心",提高学习支持服务质量的建议,以促进远程教育科学发展。
In order to clarify learners satisfaction with learning support services in distance education, the paper investigates the students from four branches of Anhui Radio and TV University. The results show that there is a significant difference in satisfaction according to different ages, degrees and majors. Based on the problems existing in management and services in distance education institutes, the paper also proposes that these institutes should be student--centered and improve the quality of learning support services, so as to de- velop distance education scientifically.
