Based on the connotation and presentation ot the concept ot good teachers wlm locals ano De- liefs, moral sentiment, solid knowledge, benevolence＂ emphasized by President Xi Jinping, the article analy- zes the importance and current situation of strengthening the construction of young teachers in colleges and universities, and points out the construction of young teachers should be strengthened by four ways-- strengthening teachers＂ thought-leading and moral construction, reforming index system and solving the po- tential problems.
