摘要 为了提高棉纺细纱机最高工艺速度、取得更高的产品质量和效率,从气圈方程的演变及单气圈控制环、无气圈控制环时推算细纱机最高工艺锭速等方面分析了最高工艺速度和卷绕高度关系,探讨了钢丝圈热磨损烧毁对锭速提高的约束,钢丝圈工艺速度与纺纱品种、号数、钢领型式的关系;提出了环锭细纱机最高工艺锭速的选择原则。指出:加捻卷绕过程中,纱线动态强力小于动态张力产生断头,是限制细纱机最高工艺速度的根本原因;细纱机高速化应分步走,适当缩小卷装,采用小内径钢领、大薄壁筒管、安装气圈控制环,并采用变频调速,依照纱质量的实际情况试验设定调速曲线。 In order to gain the maximum process speed of the cotton spinning frame for higher product quality and efficiency,feasibility is calculated of the maximum speed of the frame considering the gas ring equation evolution and the condition with or without single balloon control ring.Analysis is done to the relationship between the maximum process speed of the frame and the winding height.Probing is done into the thermal wear of the traveler bead on the improvement restriction of spindle speed,the relationship between the process speed of the ring and yarn varieties,the tex,and the ring type.The caution in determining the maximum speed of the frame is given.It is pointed out that in the process of twisting and winding,when the dynamic yarn strength is less than the dynamic tension,yarn breakage occurs.This is the important factor which restrict the increase of the maximum process speed of the frame.High speed spinning shall be gained step by step,through proper measures such as small package,small diameter of the ring,using the big bobbin with thin wall,installation of the balloon control ring,application of inverter-speed control and the setting speed curve according to the actual situation of yarn quality.
