双沟轴承心轴沟心距测量方法

Measurement of the Distance of the Ditch Center of the Spindle with Double Grooved Bearing

为了提高双沟轴承心轴上沟心距的检测精度,并方便操作,介绍常用的双沟轴承沟心距绝对测量法和相对比较测量法;根据制定的检测方案并按类比原则用W023型轴承检查仪改装的测量装置进行验证。结果表明,该测量装置既做到设计简单,又降低制造成本且结构合理、量值稳定;其应用只需根据不同双沟心轴沟曲率尺寸配备相应固定测头和活动测头,且易于装配、调整。

In order to improve the measuring accuracy of the distance of the ditch center of the spindle with double grooved bearing for easy access to operation.Introduction is made to the commonly-used absolute measuring methods and relative measuring methods of the distance of the ditch center of the spindle with double grooved bearing.The methods are verified with the tester of W023 type bearing according to the detection scheme and the principle of analogy.It shows that the application of the measuring device is not only of simple design,but also reduces the manufacturing cost and of reasonable structure with stable testing value.When applicated,attention should be paid to the different curvature size of the spindle with the corresponding fixed measuring probe and the movable probe.It is easy to assemble and adjust.
