能提高凝棉效果的新型凝棉器设计

A New Cotton Condenser with Good Condensing Effect

针对目前使用的凝棉器凝棉效果不理想问题,介绍了负压吸送尘笼凝棉式和正压吹送排风落棉式两种凝棉器的优缺点,分析了新型凝棉器的结构、特点及工作原理。指出：新型凝棉器结构简单,运行可靠,成本低,凝棉后纤维堆积密度约为25kg/m3~30kg/m3,有效改善了凝棉效果,大幅提高了后续打包机的生产能力。

Aiming at the poor condensing effect in the current operation of the condenser,introduction is made to the advantages and the disadvantages of the two kinds of the condensers characterized as cage negative pressure and noil positive pressure.Analysis is done to the structure,characteristic and working principle of the new cotton condenser.It is pointed out that the new condenser is of simple structure,reliable operation,low cost,the fiber packing density being 25kg/m3~30kg/m3,consequently improving markedly the condensing effect and the packaging capacity.
