大叶藜茎的化学成分预试研究及GC-MS分析

摘要 采用系统预试法对大叶藜茎的水、乙醇、石油醚提取液进行了化学成分的预试研究;同时采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取了大叶藜茎挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行了分析鉴定。结果显示:大叶藜茎中含有水溶性蛋白质、二肽、皂苷、还原糖、多糖、苷类、酚类和鞣质、有机酸、生物碱、黄酮类、内酯、香豆素、挥发油和油脂类成分,可能含有氨基酸、二氢黄酮类成分,不含多肽、甾体、强心苷、蒽醌类成分,不含或含有极少量间苯二酚或间苯三酚等多元酚类成分;GC-MS分析共鉴定出13种化学成分,占挥发油总量100%,其中主要成分为1,1-二乙氧基乙烷(70.18%)、乙醇(12.22%)、乙酸乙酯(8.57%)。 This study introduced a preliminary test of water,petroleum ether and ethanol extracted from the stem of Chenopodium hybridum L. with the method of the systematic pre-testing. Then the essential oil extracted from the above mentioned stem with the distillation method and analyzes it with GC-MS. The results show that the stem of Chenopodium hybridum L. contains amounts of chemical constituents such as water soluble protein,dipeptide,saponin,reducing sugar,polysaccharide,glycoside,phenols and tannin,organic acid,alkaloid,flavonoid,lactone,coumarin,essential oil and grease; probably contains amino acid and dihydrogen brass but does not contain polypeptide,steroid saponin,cardenolide,or anthraquinone; contains a little or no resorcinol or / and phloroglucinol. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) analysis shows that there are 13 elements in the stem which accounts for 100% of the essential oil and the main components are 1,1- diethoxy- Ethane( 70. 18 %),Ethyl alcohol( 12. 22 %),and Ethyl Acetate( 8. 57 %).
