摘要
综合常用小型龙门吊的结构特性,提出了一种针对性较强的移动式小型龙门吊,旨在解决由于空间小、模具重等原因使得注塑机(EM120-SVP/2)模具吊运困难的问题。利用ANSYS软件建立初步模型并对变形进行仿真处理,分别从静态和动态两个方面对龙门架进行了受力分析,最后将数值解与模拟结果进行比较由此得到进一步的改进方案。
Based on the structure characteristics of the small gantry cranes in common use,this study aims at designing a small travel gantry to solve the problem that the injection molding machine( EM120- SVP /2) faces in swinging due to the little space and the overweight of moulds. The study firstly establishes a preliminary model through ANSYS software simulates its deformation. Then it analyzes the dynamic stress and the static stress of the gantry respectively. Finally it obtains the further improvements through comparing the numerical solution and the simulation results.
