龙蛭通络汤治疗气虚血瘀证急性脑梗死40例

Longzhi Tongluo Decoction on 40 Cases in Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察龙蛭通络汤对气虚血瘀证急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效并探讨相关作用机制,为气虚血瘀证ACI治疗寻找有效药物并提供理论依据。方法 80例气虚血瘀证ACI患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服龙蛭通络汤治疗,疗程为7 d。比较两组患者的有效率及治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分、血清Fbn、Plg水平变化。结果两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Fbn显著升高,并高于对照组(均P<0.01);两组治疗后Plg均明显升高(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论龙蛭通络汤能有效改善ACI患者的神经功能,其机制可能与其促进纤溶系统活性有关。

Objective： To study the clinical effects of Longzhi Tongluo Decoction on acute cerebral infarction（ACI）,and to research its related mechanism. Then to find effective drug and provide theory for ACI＇s treatment.Methods： 80 ACI patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 40） and control group（n = 40）,the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of oral Longzhi Tongluo Decoction,the course of treatment was a week. Then compare the clinical efficacy and the neurological function defect scores of two groups of patients,testing and comparing their serum-Fbn,Plg changes at the same time. Results： Neurological deficit score of the two groups were all significantly decline（P〈 0.01）,treatment effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control one（P〈 0.05）. Fbn of the treatment group was considerable higher after treatment（P〈 0.01）,and the treatment group was higher than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Plg of the control group was markedly increase（P〈 0.01）,Plg of the treatment group was little affected by treatment,and there were no differences of Plg between the two groups after treatment（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Longzhi tongluo decoction is effective on qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ACI. The effect suggests the mechanisms of promoting fibrinolytic system activity.
