电针耳穴结合中药治疗中风后抑郁症各证型临床观察

Clinical Observation of Auricular Electro Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine on Post Stroke Depression

目的电针耳穴结合中药治疗中风后抑郁症各证型临床观察。方法对87例中风后抑郁症患者采用电针耳穴治疗,并将其进行中医辨证分型,结合采用中药进行治疗。结果肝气郁结证患者有效率90.48%,气郁化火证患者有效率80.00%,痰气郁结证患者有效率76.47%,心神失养证患者有效率84.62%,心脾两虚证患者有效率83.33%,心肾阴虚证患者有效率77.78%。结论耳穴电针结合中药对中风后抑郁症各证型患者的临床症状均有一定改善,其中对肝气郁结证患者症状改善尤为明显。

Objective： To observe auricular electro acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on post stroke depression. Methods： 87 patients with post-stroke depression were treated with electric acupuncture points and the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine,and TCM differentiation was taken. Results： The effective rate of patients with liver-Qi stagnation syndrome was 90.48%;the effective rate of patients with Qi depression transforming into fire syndrome was 80.00%;the effective rate of patients with Phlegm and Qi stagnation syndrome was76.47%;the effective rate of patients with malnutrition of heart spirit was 84.62%;the effective rate of patients with deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome was 83.33%;the effective rate of patients with heart and kidney-Yin deficiency syndrome was 77.78%. Conclusion： Auricular acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on depression after stroke patterns in patients with clinical symptoms has improved to some degree,and the improvement of patients with liver-Qi stagnation syndrome is most evident.
