山东省青岛市部分犬类主要传染病混合感染的流行特点分析

Analysis on Epidemic Features of Canine Multi-pathogen Infectious Diseases in Qingdao City of Shandong Province

为掌握青岛市犬瘟热、犬细小病毒病和犬冠状病毒性腹泻这三种犬类重要传染病的发生状况和流行趋势,本研究采取对定点抽样记录进行回顾性调查的统计学方法,分析这三种犬类重要传染病的流行特点。结果表明,当前青岛市部分犬类主要传染病混合感染的流行风险呈现逐年增大的趋势,其中犬的品种与混合感染的病种显著相关(P<0.05),性别与混合感染的病种不相关,而年龄与混合感染的病种极显著相关(P<0.01)。本研究预期根据地区差异有针对性地采取加强母犬和新生幼犬的免疫预防措施能够有效防控这三种犬类传染病在城市犬群中的流行。

To analyze the epidemic status and related factors of canine distemper,canine parvorirus infection and canine coronavirus diarrhea in Qingdao,the epidemiology characterization of 3 pathogens were investigated by biological statistics analysis of the collected poirting-ronte cases of canine infected with multi-pathogen diseases in this study. The results showed that the epidemic potential risk of canine infected viral diseases in Qingdao was increased year by year. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the speies of dogs was an significant correlation factor（p0.05）,whereas the age of dogs was an extremely significant correlation factor associated with the level of epidemic risk in Qingdao（P 0.01）. This study demonstrated that taking positive immunization measures for bitches and newborns could prevent and reduce the epidemic risk of canine infectious diseases in Qingdao.
