山东省寿光市病死畜禽无害化处理收集体系的建设与启示

Construction and Revelation on Collection System for Bio-safety Disposal of Diseased Animal Carcass in Shouguang City of Shandong Province

山东省寿光市在病死畜禽无害化收集体系建设中,通过建立电子化信息管理系统,实行从病死畜禽的确认、收集到处理、监管的一体化模式,实现了病死动物的全过程、无缝隙监管,有效控制了动物疫病流行传播的风险,保障了畜产品质量安全。本文对寿光市病死畜禽无害化处理收集体系建设的主要做法和经验进行了简要总结,希望能为其它地区的无害化处理收集体系建设提供一定的借鉴。

The integrated mode of bio-safety disposal from dead livestock,poultry confirmation and collection to its disposal and supervision was conducted in Shouguang city of Shandong province through establishing electronic information management system. The whole process and seamless supervision of dead animals were realized. So the risk of spreading animal epidemic diseases was effectively controlled,and the quality and safety of animal products were ensured. In this article,in order to provide reference for construction of collection system,the main methods and experience on construction of collection system for dead animals bio-safety disposal in Shouguang city were reviewed.
