河南省新乡市实施畜牧兽医综合执法的成效分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Enforcement of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary in Xinxiang County of Henan Province

为进一步规范畜牧兽医综合执法工作,稳步推进畜牧兽医执法体系建设,促进畜牧兽医执法与司法的有效衔接,本文立足河南省新乡市畜牧兽医综合执法现状与实际,结合三年来实施过程中出现的问题及实施成效,对畜牧兽医综合执法进行了分析和总结。

In order to standardize comprehensive enforcement of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,to consolidate the management system for animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,and to facilitate the effective convergence between law enforcement and justice on animal husbandry and veterinary medicine management,the achievements,challenges and current situation of the mechanism of comprehensive enforcement of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine management were analyzed based on the implementation experience of Xinxiang City of Henan Province.
