摘要
本文分析了《动物诊疗机构管理办法》存在的立法调整范围、诊疗机构设立条件、诊疗用药、医疗废弃物处理等制度方面问题,并结合我国实践提出建议,为推进动物诊疗管理工作提供借鉴。
In order to provide reference for promoting animal diagnosis and management work,the problems of the legislative adjustment range,the establishment of medical clinics,the treatment of medical waste and so on during implementing The Management Measures for Animal Clinics were analyzed,and related suggestions were put forward combined with the reality of our country.
