介绍了一种叉车三节全自由门架结构件和管路布置的优化设计,结合CAE分析技术,对三节门架结构进行优化,取消了活动梁,制造简单,性能可靠。通过有效地组合,对管路进行简化,使其安装方便,成本低。
The paper introduces a forklift three-section full-free mast structure and optimal design of the pipeline arrangement. Based on the CAE analysis technology,the three-section full-free mast is optimized by removing the movable girder,resulting in simple fabrication and reliable performance. Through effective combination,the pipeline is simplified in favor of installation,indicating low cost.
