随着海洋油气开发逐渐向深海发展,深水起重铺管作业对大型船用起重机起重需求不断增大,针对大型船用起重机起重量超大,作业工况相对恶劣等情况,现有的设计标准已无法满足此类起重设备的设计,故需对现有标准进行对比研究,找出适用大型船用起重设备的设计标准。

As the ocean oil and gas exploitation develops gradually towards the deep sea,the deep-water lifting pipelay works has increasing demand on large-scale crane vessel. Since the large-scale crane vessel is super heavy and its working conditions are relatively severe,existing design criteria no longer meet the requirements of such hoisting equipment,so it＇s necessary to do comparison study on existing standards to find out the design standard applicable for large-scale crane vessels.
