摘要
非回转型装船设备上的溜筒是装船机维修的一个关键部位,溜筒因其本身的特性,需要比较频繁的更换维护。文中结合实例主要介绍溜筒的安装、拆卸、吊装的整个拆装过程,运用装船机本身机构及专门设置的维修装置实现其便捷的拆装过程。
The chute tube of non-rotational ship loader is a key part for repairing the ship loader. The chute tube requires frequent replacement and maintenance due to its own characteristics. The paper mainly introduces the entire process of installation,removal,and hoisting of the chute tube with actual examples,which can be realized in a convenient way with the specific structure of the ship loader and dedicated service facilities.
