摘要
文章针对企业供应商网络的治理行为,研究就契约控制和关系控制,在企业集体主义和权力距离两种企业文化下,对供应商网络的知识获取的影响作用展开研究。基于我国209家制造企业和944家供应商的问卷调查,采用阶层线性回归的分层分析技术,实证研究结果表明:企业对供应商的契约控制和关系控制都能促进企业对供应商网络的知识获取;在企业集体主义程度较高时,契约控制相对于关系控制更容易促进企业的知识获取;而在企业权力距离程度较高时,关系控制相对于契约控制更容易促进企业的知识获取;契约控制在高集体主义文化下,比在高权力距离文化下更容易促进企业的知识获取;而关系控制在高权力距离文化下,比在高集体主义文化下更容易促进企业的知识获取。
In the case of corporate supplier-network governance behavior, the paper studies the impacts of contractual control and relational control on supplier-network' s knowledge acquisition in the context of two kinds of corporate culture: collectivism and power distance. Based on the survey of 209 manufacturing firms and 944 suppliers, employing the analytical technique of Hierarchical Linear Model, the empirical results show that both contractual control and relational control between firms and suppliers can improve supplier-network' s knowledge acquisition ; When the firm has a higher degree of collectivism, contractual control is easier to promote firm' s knowledge acquisition than relational control ; When the firm has a higher degree of power distance, relational control is easier to promote firm' s knowledge acquisition than contractual control ; Contractual control in the context of the high degree of collectivism, compared with the high degree of power distance, is easier to promote firm' s knowledge acquisition, whereas relational control in the context of the high degree of power distance, compared with the high degree of collectivism, is easier to promote firm's knowledge acquisition.
