摘要
创业者从失败中重新崛起是一个重要的学习过程,创业失败学习能够帮助创业者更加理性面对创业失败,增加后续成功的机会。在以往研究的基础上,编制创业失败学习问卷,并检验不同创业者的创业失败学习内容差异性。文章通过292份有效问卷的数据分析表明,创业失败学习内容可以区分为认知改变和能力提升两个维度。技术创业者和感知环境动态性高的创业者从创业失败中学习内容更多,非技术创业者和感知环境动态性低的创业者具有的创业经验对创业失败学习具有积极影响。
It is a distinctive learning processes for entrepreneurs to recover and re-emerge from the failure. Facing entrepre- neurial failure, learning can help entrepreneurs become more rational and increase the chances of subsequent success. Based on the previous researches, this paper develops the questionnaire of entrepreneurial failure learning to examine the differenc- es among different entrepreneurs, and makes a data analysis of 292 valid questionnaires. The results show that the contents of entrepreneurial failure learning can be classified into two dimensions: cognition modification and ability promotion. More- over, technical entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with a high level of perceived environmental dynamism can learn more from entrepreneurial failure. Entrepreneurial experiences of non technical entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with a low level of per- ceived environmental dynamism have a positive impact on entrepreneurial failure learning.
