企业信息技术吸收的组织层面因素研究——基于跨界协调理论视角 被引量:1

摘要 已有文献在IT技术、业务部门跨界协调机制研究上较为分散,缺乏一致的理论框架及模型,也未有在中国情境下的实证探讨。文章基于跨界协调理论视角,从高层/中层管理层级、正式/非正式组织两个维度出发构建IT技术—业务跨界协调的框架模型,进而探讨企业信息技术吸收的组织层面因素。根据我国企业信息化实践数据,运用问卷调查及统计方法对上述理论模型进行实证检验。研究成果不仅扩展与丰富了跨界协调理论,也为在实践中设计业务、IT部门之间的权责分配、沟通协作等横向协调机制提供坚实理论基础。 The existing literatures on the boundary-spanning coordination mechanism between IT unit and business depart- ments scatter in different facets, lack a comprehensive theoretical framework and model, and do not make the empirical study in the Chinese context. The paper, based on the theoretical perspective of boundary-spanning coordination, builds a concep- tual framework and measurement model of boundary-spanning coordination between IT unit and business departments from two dimensions of senior/middle management level and formal/informal organization, and then discusses organization-level factors of information technology assimilation. Moreover, the paper, based on the practical data of Chinese enterprise informa- tionization, applies the questionnaire survey and statistical methods to make an empirical test on the above theoretical model. The study results not only extend and enrich the theory of boundary-spanning coordination, but also provide a solid theoreti- cal basis to design the horizontal coordination mechanism such as division of responsibilities and communication and collabo- ration between IT unit and business departments in practice o
