邱学青,博士、教授、博士生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴专家。现任华南理工大学副校长,生物质资源化工团队学术负责人。本科毕业于清华大学化工系,在华南理工大学相继获得环境化工专业硕士学位、化学工程专业博士学位。1990年至今在华南理工大学化学与化工学院任教,2007年11月起任华南理工大学党委常委、副校长。同时还兼任中国化工学会精细化工专业委员会副主任委员,广东省化工学会副理事长等职。

Jan. 8, 2016, Qiu Xueqing got onto the podium of awardgiving ceremony of National Science and Technology Award held in the Great Hall of People, who accomplished the project of 'Modif ication of alkali lignin and resource eff icient utilization of paper-making black liquor' with his team won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Invention Award, which is the second time for Qiu Xueqing to winning the prize of National Science and Technology Award with the study on lignin and its industrial utilization. Recently, CPPI made an exclusive interview with Qiu Xueqing. Qiu Xueqing told the journalists of CPPI that the comprehensive utilization of resources would be the important direction of the adjustment and transition of paper making industry. For paper making enterprises, it is essential to understand correctly for the lignin and its utilization.
