摘要
目的对中华猕猴桃Actinidia Chinensis Planch.果实的化学成分进行研究。方法果实的乙酸乙酯提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、反相ODS柱等方法进行分离纯化,根据所得化合物的波谱数据确定其结构。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为3β-乙酰氧基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(1)、2α,3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(3)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、乌苏酸(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。结论化合物1-4为首次从中华猕猴桃果实中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Actinidia Chinensis Planch. METHODS The ethyl acetate extract of fruits was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column.The structures of obtained compounds were elucidated by their spectral data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 3β-acetyloxy-ursolic acid( 1),2α,3β-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid( 2),2α,3α-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid( 3),2α,3α-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid( 4),olean acid( 5),ursolic acid( 6),daucosterol( 7),β-sitosterol( 8). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-4 are isolated from the fruits of A.Chinensis for the first time.
