摘要 目的采用HPLC法,快速测定参麦注射液(红参、麦冬)指纹图谱。方法分析采用Waters X-BridgeT MBEH Shield RP18色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.5μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;体积流量为2 mL/min;检测波长为230 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为4μL。检测10批参麦注射液,比较快速测定法与法定标准法的分析结果。结果快速测定法与法定标准法的相似度基本一致。结论该方法快速、准确、可靠,可取代法定标准中的指纹图谱检测法。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for rapidly determining Shenmai Injection( red ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicas) fingerprint. METHODS The analysis was performed on a Waters X-Bridge TM BEH Shield RP18 column( 4. 6 mm × 100 mm,2. 5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution,flow rate was 2. 0 mL / min,detection wavelength was set at 203 nm,column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃,and injection volume was 4 μL. Then ten batches of Shenmai Injection were detected,and the results analyzed by rapid determination and legal standard were compared. RESULTS The similarities of rapid determination and legal standard were basically identical. CONCLUSION This method is rapid,accurate and stable,which can replace the detection method of fingerprint in legal standard.
