摘要
目的建立不同产地三叶青药材氯仿部位的HPLC指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析和主成分分析。方法分析采用Agilent C18色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210 nm。结果 17批三叶青样品的HPLC指纹图谱中有15个共有峰,其中3个峰被确认为槲皮素、山萘酚-3-O-新橙皮糖苷和β-谷甾醇。结论样品产地可被聚成5类,并且4个主成分的累计方差贡献率为85.38%。
AIM To establish the HPLC fingerprint of chloroform extract of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg from different growing areas and to make cluster analysis and principal component analysis. METHODS The analysis was performed on Agilent C18 column,mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with gradient elution,flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min,column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃,and detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS There were fifteen common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of seventeen batches of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum samples,three of which were identified as quercetin,kaempferol-3-Orutinoside and β-sitosterol. CONCLUSION The growing areas of samples can be classified into five groups,and four principal components make up 85. 38% of the total variance.
