Application of Control Logix System in Technical Renovation of Converter Air Supply system

某大型铜冶炼厂原转炉送风系统为人工调节,无法满足生产工艺要求,对该系统进行了技术改造。新送风系统建立在Control Logix控制系统的基础上,实现了炉选操作与停、送风操作的安全、稳定、可靠。

The original converter air supply system is controlled by hand in a certain large copper smelter, which cannot meet the requirement of production process; therefore, the system should be renovated technically. New air supply system is established on the basis of Control Logix control system to realize the safety, stability and reliability of the converter selection operation shutdown, and air supply operation.
