摘要
新型的单桶多仓桶式结构需要下沉入土中形成直立式防波堤的主体结构,传统的锤击下沉无法完成,文章通过对桶式结构入泥过程中的阻力及可能的动力进行分析,利用桶式结构重力、负压等实施下沉,在工程实践中采用两条船对拉实现对漂浮桶体的控制,开发专用测量定位系统监控并指导定位下沉施工,通过排气、排水、负压等多重措施完成桶式结构的下沉入土。监测数据显示该套工艺较好地完成了桶式结构的安装。
The new type of bucket-based structure, which is made up of a single bucket and multiple cabins, need to form the major structure of upright breakwater when it sinking into soil. Traditional hammer sinking is not feasible. We analyzed the resistance and potential dynamic force and finds out the bucket can be sunk by its gravity and vacuum pressure. In practice, the bucket controlling process is achieved by two opposite pulling barges, the special measurement positioning system is developed and the positioning sinking construction is monitored and guided. Exhausting, dewatering and vacuum sinking with specialized positioning monitor systems are adopted to sink the bucket. Monitoring data demonstrates this technology can meet the demands of the installation of a bucket.
