摘要
采用喷雾法杀虫活性实验研究木醋液及其复配精油对黄粉虫幼虫的毒杀效果。研究结果表明2 m L木醋液药液喷雾量分2次喷雾(1次1 m L,间隔10天),松木屑木醋液对黄粉虫幼虫的毒杀效果差(第22天死亡率56.67%)。2 m L木醋液药液喷雾量1次喷雾,与木醋液及其复配精油、精制木醋液相比,松木屑木醋液对黄粉虫幼虫的毒杀效果较好(第1天死亡率95.00%)。
Toxic effect of wood vinegar and its mixed essential oil on Tenebrio molitor L. larvae was respectively studied by spraying method insecticidal activity experiment. The research results show that toxic effect of pine sawdust wood vinegar on T. molitor larvae is poor（the 22 nd day mortality 56.67 %） with wood vinegar liquid spray amount of 2 m L divided into 2 spray（1 m L once time, 10 days a interval）. Respectively compared with wood vinegar and its mixed essential oil, refined wood vinegar, toxic effect of pine sawdust wood vinegar on T. molitor larvae is better（the first day mortality 95.00 %） with wood vinegar liquid once spray amount of 2 m L.
