摘要 目的:建立不同干燥工艺和条件参数虎杖提取液的指纹图谱,为虎杖质量评价方法提供依据。方法:采用常压、减压、喷雾和冷冻等干燥方式对虎杖水提液进行干燥;建立指纹图谱,对16批不同干燥工艺样品进行分析,探讨不同干燥工艺参数与虎杖水提样品质量之间的相关性。结果:不同干燥工艺和条件制备的水提样品的指纹图谱具有较明显差异。根据相似度评价软件分析可知,冷冻干燥和喷雾干燥制备样品质量稳定,样品间差异较小,表明在一定条件范围内,干燥工艺参数对其影响不明显。结论:利用指纹图谱的分析手段能有效对中药生产过程质量评价提供理论依据和技术指导。 AIM: To establish the UPLC fingerprints of various drying technologies on water extracts from Polygonum cuspidatum for the quality control of Polygonum cuspidatum. METHODS: The water extracts of Polygonum cuspidatum were dried by four different techniques: normal press drying, vacuum drying, spray drying and freeze drying methods. The UPLC fingerprints were established was applied to determine the dependability of various drying technology parameters and sample quality. RESULTS: The fingerprint of samples by various drying methods and technical parameters were different. The spray drying or freeze drying showed stability and no significant variation from UPLC fingerprint in drying Polygonum cuspidatum water extracts; in some conditions, the no significant effect of drying technology parameters in the same method. CONCLUSION: The study could provide a theory and technical support for the process quality control by UPLC fingerprints coupled with statistics analysis.
