东北连翘鲜花精油与木醋液应用比较研究

Applied Comparative Study on Essential Oil of Forsythia Mandschurica Uyeki Fresh Flowers and Wood Vinegar

以东北连翘鲜花精油、松木屑木醋液为原料,比较研究二者分别对经济植物绿豆种子萌发的影响。种子萌发实验结果表明0.900 g·L-1东北连翘鲜花精油丙酮溶液促进绿豆种子萌发效果(第3天种子萌发率100%)好于丙酮对照(第3天种子萌发率75%)且与对照处理差异显著,具有统计学意义。分别与质量分数50%甲醇水溶液为溶剂和木醋液相比,丙酮为溶剂的东北连翘鲜花精油促进绿豆种子萌发效果均较好。

Effects on seed germination of economic plant of Vigna radiata（Linn.） Wilczek was respectively comparative studied with essential oil of Forsythia mandschurica Uyeki fresh flowers and pine sawdust wood vinegar as raw materials. The results of seed germination experiment show that seed germination promoting effects on Vigna radiata of 0.900 g·L-1 Forsythia mandschurica fresh flowers essential oil acetone solution（seed germination rate of the third day is 100 %） is better than acetone control（seed germination rate of the third day is 75 %）, and it has statistical significance with control treatments differed significantly. Respectively compared with mass fraction of 50 % methanol water solution as solvent and wood vinegar, seed germination promoting effects on Vigna radiata of acetone as solvent of Forsythia mandschurica fresh flowers essential oil is better.
