摘要
为了改进头孢噻肟酸合成工艺,文章以三乙胺为催化剂,在抗氧剂存在的下,7-ACA与AE-活性酯(MEAM)在混合溶剂中反应制得头孢噻肟酸。结果制得头孢噻肟钠的含量稳定在99%以上,且目标产物经核磁共振和IR确认结构。改进后的工艺提高了含量,降低了色级,降低了成本,具有更高的经济效益和市场竞争力。
In order to improve the synthesis process of Cefotaxime acid, Make Cefotaxime acid by 7-ACA and MEAM under the catalysis of triethylamine esterification and the antioxidant in the mixed solvent. The content of the prepared Cefotaxime acid is more than 99 %. The structure of adefovir dipivoxil was confirmed by ~1H-NMR and IR. The research enhanced receiving content and reduced the cost and the color grade. So it has higher profit and market competitive power.
