CpG-ODN在膀胱癌治疗方面的研究进展

摘要 人工合成的并包含未甲基化的CpG寡聚核苷酸(CpG-ODN)在肿瘤治疗方面具有潜在的疗效,其作为免疫佐剂备受关注。文章从CpG-ODN的结构、单独用药与联合用药对膀胱癌的影响等方面进行了综述。 Synthetic oligonucleotide containing un-methylated CpG-oligodeoxynucleotide（CpG-ODN） has a potential function for tumor therapy. In the paper, we will review the structure of CpG-ODN and its function on human bladder cancer.
