刺激响应型智能聚合物的研究进展

摘要 刺激响应型聚合物由于其独特的性质一直深受研究者的关注,它能在环境如温度、pH、离子强度、光、磁场等发生轻微变化时,自身的构型发生较大的改变,从而对刺激产生响应,可广泛应用于生物医药、组织工程、涂料、分子开关、色谱分离等领域。综述了温度、pH和盐响应型聚合物的研究进展,介绍了三种不同类型智能聚合物的刺激响应机理及其应用前景。 Stimuli-responsive polymers undergo conformational changes when only small changes in the environment(e.g. temperature, pH, ionic strength, light, magnetic field, etc.) occur. There is a highly promising role of stimuli-responsive polymers for bio-medicine, tissue engineering, coating, molecular switch and chromatographic separation. The research progress of thermo-, pH-and salt-responsive polymers and their applications were summarized.
