摘要
结合石化企业自备电厂的特点,按国家不同时期要求的污染物排放限值的差异,规定了三个烟气污染物减排阶段,分析了每个阶段的烟气污染物减排措施,提出目前第三阶段的减排方案,可切实改善石化企业电厂带来的环境污染问题,应对2020年前要求的污染物超低排放标准。
Considering characteristics of petrochemical enterprise＇s owned power plant and according to the differences in pollutant emission limits by national regulation of different periods, three stages reducing flue gas pollutant emission are defined. Analyzing every stage＇s measures reducing flue gas pollutant emission, a practical scheme of the third stage now is worked out. It will improve the atmospheric environment pollution from petrochemical enterprise＇s power plant factually, and meet the requirements of flue gas pollutant ultra-low emission before 2020.
