液化石油气储罐焊接接头裂纹产生原因分析

摘要 通过表面无损检测、硬度检测及金相检测,结合储罐运行状况综合分析了某液化石油气储罐焊缝裂纹产生原因。结果表明:裂纹产生机理为湿H_2S应力腐蚀,焊接工艺、焊后热处理工艺控制不当及介质中H_2S含量超标是导致焊接接头焊缝裂纹的主要原因。 The cracking causes of welding seam of liquefied petroleum gas storage tank were analyzed by means of surface nondestructive testing, rigidity examination, metallographic examination combined with the operating mode of storage tank. The results show that the mechanism of crack is SCC, the main reasons of welding seam crack is improper of welding process, heat treatment process and exceed the standard content of H_2S in medium.
