摘要 为了提高配制酒中甲醇含量测定的精密度和准确度,减少分析过程对仪器的损耗,降低分析成本,提高测试效率。文章通过比较不同前处理手段对检测结果的影响,优化色谱条件,采用毛细管色谱柱法、内标法对甲醇进行定性定量,发现蒸馏法有效减少了杂质峰的出现,能有效减少仪器损耗。本方法方法精密度高,RSD为0.0032,甲醇于79.2~1584 mg/L之间有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99996,回收率在89%~92%之间,适用于配置酒中甲醇含量检测。 In order to improve the precision and accuracy of the determination of methanol in the configuration wine, to reduce the loss of the instrument after the analysis process, reduce the cost of analysis, improve test efficiency. Compare the effects of pretreatment method on the testing results of different, optimized chromatographic conditions, to qualitative and quantitative methanol by capillary column method, internal standard method. It is found that the distillation method can effectively reduce the appearance of impurity peaks, and effectively reduce the loss of the instrument. The method is of high precision, with a RSD of 0.0032. Methanol in 79.2~1584 mg/L has a good linear relationship, with a correlation coefficient of 0.99996. The recovery rate is between 89 %~92 %. The method is suitable for the determination of methanol content in configuration wine.
