摘要
慕课是高等教育和现代信息技术相结合的产物,也是高等教育教学改革的大势所趋。文章对慕课背景下高校教师面临的挑战进行了详细分析,并提出我国高校教师必须从转变教育教学理念、提高自身职业素养和学术水平以及完善教师评价体系三个方面入手进行教师角色的重塑。
MOOCs is not only a product of combination for higher education and the modern information technology, but also the general trend for higher education reform. The paper makes detailed analysis on the challenges for the college teachers under MOOCs background, and proposes that the college teachers must make role remodeling from three aspects, which are transforming the teaching philosophy, improving their own accomplishment and improving the teacher's evaluation system.
